AFD BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS OF SEPTEMBER 2010
The AFD Board of Directors meets at least six times a year. All of AFD's funding commitments, their financial terms, and AFD’s accounts are submitted to the Board for review and approval. The Board delegates part of its powers to specialised committees set up within the organization, such as the Overseas Committee and the Foreign Countries Committee. The Chief Executive Officer is authorized to accord funding for small amounts.
